VIDJ Commercial License

This license is intended for royalty-free commercial use of the VIDJ Library. VIDJ Commercial Licenses may be purchased per product (title). This arrangement is suitable for developers with small numbers of titles. VIDJ may also be licensed per site (unlimited titles).

Conditions / Limitations

• A 'product' is defined as the title or application developed by the licensee and has nothing to do with how many units the title sells.
• A 'site' is defined as the physical address of a single development company. A 'site' cannot be a publisher or parent company. A large company with 2 child companies for example, would require 2 site licenses for each studio.
• The site license allows a site to produce as many titles they like.
• When using VIDJ, the following credit line is required in either documentation, or 'on screen' format (if possible):

  Logos are available for box or manual art, but are not mandatory. Note this in advance, as it must be done before shipping your product with VIDJ.
• You can use future VIDJ updates without further cost.
• Reselling/sublicensing is not permitted.
• Your products must be end-user products, i.e. not components used by other products.
• These licences only cover your own software, not the publishing of other's software.
